The size of the compressed file is 100M. It includes 2 files in addition to this README:

nips.jsonlist.gz
    This file contains the papers in NIPS from 1987 to 2016. The papers were extracted from http://papers.nips.cc/ and then converted to text using pdftotext.

nips_processed.jsonlist.gz
    This file is the same as nips.jsonlist.gz except that the 'text' field for each document has been tokenized and lemmatized. This file can be used to replicate the experiment in our paper.
